Terms & Conditions and Mobile Messaging Terms
Effective Date: October 27, 2025

By using this website (https://honeybeehealthplans.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions. HoneyBee Health Plans provides information about private health coverage options and allows users to request insurance quotes through this website. Requesting a quote does not guarantee coverage. Coverage becomes active only after a separate enrollment process is completed and approved by the insurance provider.

All content on this site is for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, tax, or medical advice. HoneyBee Health Plans is not affiliated with any government agency, public marketplace, or the federal Medicare program. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or inability to use this website or its services, including indirect or consequential damages that may result from technical issues, inaccuracies, or interruptions.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data-sharing categories described above. This information will never be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, you can reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message we send.

HoneyBee Health Plans operates a mobile messaging program that allows us to send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats. Promotional messages may include offers, updates, and marketing content, while transactional messages may include notifications, appointment reminders, and other service-related information. Messages may be sent using automated technology, including an autodialer or similar systems. Message frequency may vary but will not exceed five messages in one day. You agree that HoneyBee Health Plans may send messages to you regarding any of these topics and that such messages may come from different phone numbers or short codes. Standard message and data rates from your mobile provider may apply.

By providing your mobile phone number to HoneyBee Health Plans, you voluntarily opt in to receive recurring text messages at that number, even if it is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. You confirm that the number you provide is valid and that you are the owner or authorized user of that number. If your phone number changes or you are no longer the owner or authorized user, you agree to promptly notify us at support@honeybeehealthplans.com. Participation in this messaging program is voluntary and not required to make a purchase or request a quote.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. This is the only reasonable method of stopping future messages. For help or support, reply HELP to any text message or email us at support@honeybeehealthplans.com. Our messaging platform may not recognize other variations of these commands, and we are not responsible for unrecognized opt-out or help requests that do not follow these instructions.

HoneyBee Health Plans may change the telephone number or short code used to send messages and will notify you if such a change occurs. Messages sent to a deactivated number or code may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring such requests. The mobile messaging program is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or across all mobile providers. We and our service providers are not liable for any delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of messages or information sent through the program.
